Registration for the Twist 2010 Elite Hockey Camps is OPEN!
HST - Pay before APRIL 30th 2010 and save up to $500 on HST.

Policies
All players must fill out a registration and intake form. Please fill out the registration forms (62KB pdf) and fax them to us at 905-217-0666 or drop them off at the office. To avoid disappointment book your camps as early as possible. Method of Payment: Visa, MasterCard, or cheque (payable to Twist Sport Conditioning Centre).
Cancellation Policy
Refunds within 30 days to the start of the camp in the event of an accident or injury. Athletes must provide a medical statement from their doctor and will be provided a full credit minus a 10% administration fee. All cancellations outside of 30 days to the start of the camp date will be provided a refund minus a 10% administration fee.
