Twist hockey camps have a long standing reputation based not only on developing hockey players, but also fostering constructive team members and strong, confident leaders. Our dryland curriculum is well known for implementing newly created exercises that upgrade the conditioning results. On-ice, players set themselves up to stand apart from their competition through innovative on-ice drills that blend speed, agility and quickness with hockey skills and tactics, transferring the greatest results to game action.
But we take equal pride in our ability to foster leadership skills, commitment, work ethic, respect, attitude and other traits that teach players to make the ‘intangible' contributions to their team. These traits become habits and fuel daily efforts toward individual improvement and are needed to succeed in hockey and life. They are also highly transferable to other environments school, work and community.
We respect both the time and financial commitment to receive specialized coaching to attack one's goal, and we respect each player and how passionate they are about their goals. Twist Conditioning exists to help them succeed. We not only take it seriously, we take it to heart!
