Our Facility
The Twist Sport Conditioning Centre in Whitby Ontario opened its doors to the Durham Region in May of 2008. It is centrally located near the famous 4 corners in Downtown Whitby and is easily accessible from Highway #2, the 407 and the 401. The Durham Region is home to many successful professional, elite and upcoming athletes and the people of the region are widely know for their love of sport.
We are excited to have an opportunity to bring our corporate culture of an active healthy lifestyle and our athletic training philosophies to the Region. We will strive to drive this tradition and add to the local history of success as we help develop Durham Region athletes and make our athletic, functional training style accessible to everyone.
